Somatic Meditation

A Somatic Meditation is a method of meditation that focuses attention on the physical sensations in the body. My personal practice focuses on how emotions present themselves in the body physiologically. When you feel fear, excitement, or love, where and how are you feeling the sensation inside yourself? 

I take participants on a guided journey through channeling a specific emotion, understanding it from a psychological, spiritual, and physical standpoint, then challenging participants to acceptance and comfortability with emotions, then teach them how to work with the energy to change and elevate challenging feelings. 

This is a wonderful way to practice elevating your current state of mind and physiological presence, any time you feel negative energy in the mind or the body. 

Anxiety, Depression, and the Relationship to the Mind, Body, and Spirit

Many of us live in a constant state of high cortisol, and don't know how to get out of it. Caught between the fast paced demands of life, when we do have moments to ourselves, they're spent consuming media, food, and other comforts in order to help us regulate. When we simply sit still many of us are uneasy, feeling the stress in our bodies and bellies, and fall into overthinking in a negative loop cycle. 

Whether you have a significant relationship with Anxiety and Depression and suffer from panic attacks or feeling constantly defeated, or you're mostly fine until life throws significant obstacles your way, I can teach you ways to work with the Depression and Anxiety sitting in your body and bouncing around your mind, through techniques that unify the Mind, Body, and Spirit together, in ways that are empowering, grounding, and healing, for the individual, the family, and the community. 

It is my goal to share the knowledge I've acquired through my own healing journey, so more people can live in love; with themselves, with the natural world, and with the people around them.
